To merge PST files manually, you can go through the steps below.
Step 1: Create a New Blank PST
1. In Outlook, click New Items > More Items > Outlook Data File.
2. Choose a location, name the file, and click OK.
Step 2: Merge PST Files into the New PST
1. Click File > Open > Import.
2. In the Import-Export Wizard, select Import from another program or file and click Next.
3. Choose Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
4. Click Browse to locate the PST file to import.
Note: Check Do not import duplicates if desired.
5. Click Next, select the folder to import into, and check Include subfolders.
6. Click Finish to complete the merge.
There is an easy and alternative way you can easily merge your PST files by using a PST Merge Tool, this is also helps in removing duplicate and junk mails before you merge your PST files.
