You can find a guest poster for your niche on Google. But it is much better to go directly to a guest posting marketplace like Kallisto.

You have to be able to accept failure to get better.

You can start by searching for keywords like "guest blog poster", "guest author", "submit a guest post", and etc to target people who search for phrases like that. You can try to rank for these terms, or use a more direct method like PPC to get instant response from your efforts. You will need a good landing page and a way to convert your prospects once they arrive, but this is pretty much the gist of the strategy.

And of course you can list on directory sites like Kallisto or search on freelance websites for authors who will write for you for a fee.

The first one would be to try to find guest posting opportunities on some sites like Kallisto.io where you will be able to establish cooperations for this activity.

Another option would be to try to search on Google some queries like keyword “guest author”, keyword “guest bloggers”, keywords “sites that accept guest posts”, keyword “become a guest author”
and similar, as it will generate you a list of sites with these options.

Besides, you could visit sites dedicated to each niche and see if there is any chance to find guest collaborators there or contact those sites and see their promotional offers.

Yep, you can find it with the help of SEO tools. I do use footprints with an operator to find out guest posters. If you are a newbie and not familiar I suggest you join a digital marketing courses nearby you to know more as I just started.
