 Yes, you definitely can do that, as Google Tag Manager generally is a good choice for tracking products and getting some insights about their overall results. They have changed their interface a bit so it's not so easy to find all desired reports quickly, but it's still useful for tracking these kinds of things.

 As of now UTM tracking is going away in next year.

And GA4 is not available, so what is your guys alternative for replacing UA?
