 One way of promoting your affiliate program is through affiliate marketing forums like Abestweb and WarriorForum.

You can also go into sites and forum that are in the same niche or related to your product.

 I think you need to make a list with forums and catalog with the section about Affiliate programs. And then add your affiliate program there.

Also, you can use listings and forums, as it was said before.
