Even the best converting offers on Click bank had a gravity of zero at one time.

I would place relevance to your campaign as the biggest factor.

You can judge the offer and sales page yourself, to know if it's a winner.

Gravity isn't really important. It can be a good rule of thumb however when you're first getting started and you don't really know how to tell if a sale page converts or not.

There are lots of great products that convert well that have a low gravity.

Why? Maybe they are new. Maybe the vendor doesn't know how to promote it. Maybe the niche is small (and thus there are less affiliates).

It definitely doesn't hurt to look at other things besides gravity.

Gravity is a good metric for newbies to follow because you probably dont really know how to judge a products quallity and saleability based on little information. as you gain more experience, you can start to learn new ways to pick out profitable products.

There are loads of really small niches and subniches with some really great products that have low gravity. Gravity just tells you how many affiliates are making sales, but they dont say how many sales those affiliates are making.

you could have a gravity 30 product and a gravity 4 product in the same niche where the gravity 4 product actually makes more sales.

but of course for starters it is the best place to begin. choose a niche with a gravity not lower than 30.

The most commonly recommended gravity would be between 30 to 100. It's definitely not the most important thing that's for sure.
