Amazon affiliate program
I am getting really confused again , i watched great webinar with Sara Young and Mark Ling today i took a lot of notes but there is one thing which still bothers me ,
A lot of times i hear we do not need website to become affiliate and i wish it could be as easy to do so .
Since i am patiently waiting for Affilorama 3.0 i decided to not start with any site yet , i did try but i would just run myself to the point how to finish the rest of the site , so i decided in the mean time i will join amazon.com
Before i did this i send them email explaining that i am in the process of putting my site together and this is the response i received from amazon.com which simply send me to buy from them software i would be able to use to build my first site :
Hello Eva,
In order to become an Associate, you must have a website that is up and running.
While reviewing an application to become an Associate, we need to view the
website for content to ensure that it qualifies for our program. Also, you'll
need to be able to add links to your website.
You're more than welcome to use social networking and/or blog websites. Many of
our members use their profile pages on Facebook, Twitter, and Blogger. At this
time, however, MySpace isn't an option.
A complete description of the Amazon Associates Program, FAQs, our Operating
Agreement, links to a selection of our Associate sites, and an online
registration form is posted at:
http://www.amazon.com/associatesIf you have a site you can use, to apply just go to
http://www.amazon.com/associates and click the Join Now for FREE button. As you're going through the application
process, you'll see three steps:
1. Your Account Information
2. Your Website Profile
3. Start Using Associates Central
Make sure you've gone through the first step and clicked Submit at the end of
step 2. Once you've done that, you'll be given a unique Associate ID and have
immediate access to Associates Central.
For your reference, we'll send you an e-mail notification when we receive your
application, and we'll send another when your application has been reviewed,
which is usually within 24-48 hours.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you for your inquiry. Did I solve your problem?
