Advice on finding affiliates

Hey affiliate experts,

I have just had my first product approved by Clickbank so step one of my journey is now done...

Next up I need to start getting affiliates to promote my product.

It is an eBook in the Soccer Gambling niche that I am offering a 50% commission on so I am sure it will appeal to affiliates. Just need to work out the best ways to find them.

Would love some advice.

Hi,

A good landing page would be a start. Try to check out your competitors and see how they create their own landing pages. From there you can pick up some really good ideas for your own page.

Another thing is to really provide members reasons to purchase your product. This is where the benefits come in. The more you add freebies and extras to your product, the better its value would be for your customers.

You won't be doing this anytime soon yet, but it would be better to provide exceptional customer service. This will really make a huge difference to your product.

I managed to get my first affiliate to send traffic at my page and it converted REALLY well so I am happy with that.

Been tracking the traffic and made some more improvements so hopefully that will increase conversions over the next few days.

What I really need to learn is how to find people to promote my product? I have started asking in forums and guess I will need to cold-email some potential affiliates who could have large email lists.

Any other tips?

Hi There,

First and foremost thing to do is building an attractive landing page. I'm also an affiliate for Online Business related products. Whenever I select a program, I do a research on my own. Usually I do not sell products without testing for myself. I cannot understand to which extend an affiliate could test your product.

But if you create your landing page with more information, it will be useful. I will give you few tips also. Creating a video is really important. People love to watch a video than reading long paragraphs. Also, do not make the landing page so long. People lose interests when they scroll down. Also, do not forget to add call to action buttons in few places on the page. You have to do it strategically. Thanks.

Im in the same boat. I just got my first product approved, CB suggested to have 75% commission rate for your first product so you can get some momentum going. It's more appealing to affiliates than a 50% commission

As per my personal experience, you must reach out to people who review products. These people generally sign up for affiliate programs, so focus on them as they’re looking to earn money through their recommendations.
Outreach to affiliates by talking about the commissions and conversion rates which will appeal them. You can drop them an outreach email for the affiliate recruitment email.

Im in precisely the exact same boat. I only got my very first product accepted, CB indicated to get 75 percent commission fee for the first product so that you may find some momentum going. It is more attractive to affiliates compared to a 50% commission
