Business apps

What do business owners have to say about that?
Some essential programs/apps in your opinion?
Something not very well known?

As a business owner myself, I'd say Trello and Slack are essentials for team organization and communication. A lesser-known gem is "Notion," which offers incredible flexibility for managing projects and notes—definitely worth checking out!

I find that productivity apps like Trello, Asana, and QuickBooks are essential for task management, project planning, and financial tracking. Also, I can't imagine our working process without using an online banking app. It was a wise decision to reach out to unify financial credit union customer service and open a business account there. I should say, that modern technologies really help businesses and make work smoother.

I noticed a lot of great suggestions here for productivity tools like Trello and Slack. But there are a few new and innovative solutions out there if you're all about testing out like me.

I’ve been experimenting with AI to create Google slides that helps generate content based on prompts, and it’s been pretty handy for putting together quick outlines or polished slides. Still figuring out how to get the most out of it, but so far, it’s saved me some time.

On a slightly different note, I’ve also been using Clockify lately to track time on projects. It’s simple to set up and helps me stay organized, especially when juggling multiple deadlines.

As a business owner myself, I completely agree—finding the right apps can make all the difference. Essentials like Trello for project management or Slack for team communication are brilliant, but something less well-known is the use of ringtone creators for branding or personalisation. One perk is avoiding extra costs by creating your own without paying for downloads. If you’re interested, here’s a link to try it out: https://garageringtones.com/ringtones/702. It’s all about finding tools that save money and simplify processes!
