Hi,it was good to get a response on the forum on this topic of me still being locked unfairly out of my Instagram account. I have already tried many times every option available to me including the one you suggested on the Instagram Help pages but the option of providing a selfie video is not being given to me after clicking the my account has been hacked option,it was simply looping back to the login screen,now I just get error messages of "Sorry something went wrong." whatever buttons I press on the Instagram Help options. I have also tried putting my problem clearly in a snail mail letter sent air mail to Meta Services Head Office at their California USA address,with no response to the email or postal I provided for reply,and most recently I have emailed
[email protected] enclosing a screen video of the error messages I get with no response. Any other suggestions that I haven't tried yet are welcome,I have been thinking of following the instructions on a YouTube video to see if these errors can be bypassed.
