PPV Traffic List Building Secrets

The following PPV Traffic List Building Secrets article is a guest blog post by Alen Sultanic.

Picture this...you wake up, stroll to the kitchen, make a cup of coffee...then you walk over to your laptop (coffee in hand) - whip up a quick e-mail and send it out...

...Then, you go out to the gym, and you come back an hour or two later - check your e-mail and right then and there - thousands upon thousands of dollars waiting for you - generated by that little email you sent out a mere hour before.

Can this be real? And, how is this possible? It is very real.  It is very possible.  I do it every day, and so do many others - it’s all thanks to having a big list of active ready to buy subscribers, subscribers you’ve built a rock-solid relationship with.

Now, starting out and having a big list are two completely different points and I know that if you’re a beginner - it can sound like a far off goal as list building can be challenging, but you know what? That’s perfectly fine...

...Because today - I’m going to let you in on a little known secret that the “Internet Marketing Elite” are already well aware of, a powerful secret that’ll allow you to start building your list for next to nothing - all by using a very unique source of traffic that's virtually free.

How’s that sound? Great!

Now, I’m talking about using none other than PPV Traffic (PPV = Pay Per View), and it can cost as little as 1 penny per visitor - yep, that's right, just 1 measly cent.

Can you imagine that?  You can send highly qualified traffic to your web sites for just 1 cent a person.

You want 100 people, it’ll be just $1.

You want $500 people, it’ll be just $5,

Anyway, you do the math.

But, you see...the trick is NOT to send them to just any page (let the other guys do that) - You need to send them to a 'squeeze page' that gets one critical piece of information from them - their e-mail address.

Once you have their e-mail address, you have an active e-mail subscriber and you've started mega list building with PPV traffic.

Now, if you don’t know what a squeeze page is, check out Mark’s forum and ask around (and I’m not going to go into the details here). Or you can check out an example here of one of Mark's squeeze pages: https://www.affilorama.com/premium-report

The type of squeeze page that you need to have must contain 4 critical elements:

1. Headline
2. Bullets
3. Enter E-Mail Address
4. Call to action

The headline goes on top, bullets under the headline, the enter your e-mail address field goes under the bullets, and beneath that you’ll want some type of arrow pointing to the call to action.

You need to have a catchy and compelling headline that gets the visitors attention, you have roughly 3 seconds to grab someone's attention.

For the headline, my experience and testing has shown that having a medium green background, with a yellow font outlined in black pulls the most attention for PPV ads, and works best.

As for the bullets, you’ll need 3 to 5 catchy bullets that sum up the BENEFITS (not features) - make the bullets in either red or black font.

The enter e-mail address - just putting in “enter your e-mail address here” works well.

Now, as far as the call to action goes...a simple “Click Here To Get Started” works well, or even “Get Started Now.”  The call to action should be a graphic, and preferably an orange colored button.

That’s it...simple, yet effective - now, let’s get to the other side of the coin which is where you need to grab some red-hot PPV traffic for next to nothing.

There are a few networks, and the top dogs are TrafficVance.com, MediaTraffic.com, and LeadImpact.com.

If you’re new, go with MediaTraffic as it’s the cheapest and one of the better ones.

The weapons of choice for figuring out where to buy PPV traffic include Google Ad Planner, Compete.com, and QuantCast.com.

All you have to do is find out what your top web sites are in the market, and take it from there.

For example, if you’re building a list in the “weight loss market” you can go to the Google Ad Planner and type in weightwatchers.com - there, you’ll be able to see two things - the web site demographics and also the affinity.

The demographics will give you the idea of who exactly is in your market, and the affinity will tell you what other web sites you can target with PPV traffic.

Once you combine these few techniques I just shared with you - you’ll be ahead of 99% of other marketers in terms of list building.

Oh, and before I sign off here - in your follow up e-mails, be sure to build a rock-solid relationship with your list, send them high quality promotions that enhance and better their lives - which will also help you recoup the investment you made when you started building your list.

Kind regards,

Nice article and to the point. Very important to build up a relationship of trust and integrity. I don't have a list yet, but I know that I only open emails/promotions from a handful of marketers. Why, because I trust their integrity and if I decide to buy, I'll buy from the one I trust the most.

What a great post, Alen always keeps it simple I think I'm going to have a go at this method. I've avoided it in the past because i've always been unsure of the exact steps, a bit chicken really. I have just written a post on Alen he is an absolute genius when it comes to search engine optimization and making money online using extremely simple tactics.
