It's been a while since my last blog post -- things have been a little hectic around Affilorama HQ for the past month. Here's what we've been up to:
- We've re-jigged the way we update Affilorama. Before, there was no particular schedule for adding new videos and lessons to the members' area. New lessons would typically appear overnight with very little fanfare. We think our material deserves a little more fanfare, so two weeks ago we released the first ever edition of Affilorama Update. Not only did we add a whole bunch of exciting new videos to the members area, but we also produced a spiffy wee magazine with lessons, discussions, suggestions and reviews. All in all it was a pretty big update, and we're doing it all again in two weeks! Affilorama updates will now be monthly, so you can plan your social schedule around them :)
- We've also been busy preparing for the World Internet Summit in Melbourne next week. We're going to be spending a lot of time standing around a table discussing Affilorama with WIS attendees... it sounds like it's going to be a blast! We'll be in Melbourne from the 8th until the 11th, so if you're in Melbourne and you're attending the WIS (or even if you're not, tickets are a little pricey) we'd love to meet you. Submit a support ticket with your contact details, and we might let you come swim in our hotel swimming pool! (We know Melbourne can be warm this time of year :) )
- Just in time for the WIS, we've updated the Affilorama 6-part mini course . This one has more up-to-date examples and the lessons better reflect recent changes in the industry, so go check them out. A lot of the material will seem familiar if you've already seen the original course, but there's some new information and examples in there as well.
- Lastly, I'm off to Las Vegas, London and Edinburgh in April. I can't promise a hotel swimming pool this time, but if you're in any of these cities feel free to drop me a line through the support desk and we'll see if we can meet up for a coffee or similar. It would be really great to meet some of you guys.
That's the general gist of it. We'll be announcing some more changes to Affilorama in the near future ... cogs are turning, plans are afoot. We'll keep you posted.
Have a great weekend everyone!
